Carlos was pleasure to work with a gave my family peace of mind. We had an issue where we needed to get my mom the much needed help she needs since she needs 24/7 supervision due to her illness. Carlos and his team made the process seamless and took the guess work out of our hands. He helped us get in contact with several ALF’s in the area. Aside from that he is always available and there to help clear any doubts and confusion in this process. Excellent service and attention to detail. Wow, what can I say. After waffling about whether to put my dad in a facility (and Carlos Rivas graciously looked for places for me), I thought he could go back home with help from others, his GF, etc.
